Developed under a revenue-sharing model based on a land-for-revenue agreement and a real estate sales promise contract between FIBA GAYRIMENKUL and Nef (TIMUR GAYRIMENKUL), the first phase of the Nef Çekmeköy project—Nef Çamlıtepe—offers a wide range of residential options from 1+1 to 4+1 units.
The Çamlıtepe phase comprises a total of 474 independent units, with a construction area of 70,517 m². The project features Nef’s signature Foldhome concept along with various shared social spaces.
Strategically located adjacent to the Şile Highway, with direct access to the Northern Marmara Motorway and the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge connection road, the project is also within a 5-minute walking distance of Özyeğin University. Construction commenced in 2017 and was completed in 2020. The occupancy permit has been obtained, all units have been delivered to their respective owners, and the project is fully operational with residents already living on-site.
