Located in Beykoz Çubuklu, one of Istanbul’s last remaining areas that has preserved its natural character while offering easy access to the city center, the Çubuklu Vadi Project was developed in partnership with Yüksel İnşaat A.Ş.

Set within a centuries-old forest that continues to maintain its natural integrity, the project’s architectural design was created by one of Türkiye’s leading architectural firms, Arolat Architecture, while the landscape design was developed by the globally renowned Rainer Schmidt Landscape Architects.

The project spans a total area of 214,000 m² and consists of 120 nature-integrated villas ranging in size from 220 m² to 600 m². Sales and construction commenced in the first quarter of 2007, and today all units have been sold and the project is fully inhabited.
