Fiba Real Estate (Fiba Gayrimenkul) is a real estate development company set up in 2000 to develop and undertake turnkey delivery real estate development projects that have a strong brand value, are creative in their concepts, comply with superior standards of quality, and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. The company's shareholders are Fina Holding, Fiba Factoring, Girisim Factoring, Fiba Holding, and Fiba Mall Management. "Fibalife Cekmekoy Rahat Yasam Evleri'', the company's first major project, was completed in late 2006. The Cubuklu Vadi project in Istanbul-Beykoz was undertaken in June 2006 together with Fiba Yuksel International, a joint venture with Yuksel Construction Co. in which each controls a 50% stake. The project consitutes of 120 villas between 220 sqm and 600 sqm. All of the villas were sold and life in Çubuklu Vadi has started. In the "Manolya Evleri" project launched in Bahcesehir during the first quarter of 2007 residents began moving in at the begining of June 2008, sales are going on. Project development work is being carried out on the land in Izmir Mavisehir that was acquired during 2006.

Fiba Real Estate continues to work on the development of a project on an area of 300 thousand square meters in Çekmeköy, Istanbul having approximately 1.200 residential units and a commercial area. The master plan and architectural projects are expected to be completed in early 2012.
The total construction area of all projects completed, continuing, or about to begin as of 2011 has reached 420,000 m².
