Fiba Real Estate (Fiba Gayrimenkul) is a real estate development company set up in 2000 to develop and undertake turnkey delivery real estate development projects that have a strong brand value, are creative in their concepts, comply with superior standards of quality, and provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction. The company's shareholders are Fina Holding, Fiba Factoring, Girisim Factoring, Fiba Holding, and Fiba Mall Management. Fiba Real Estate's subsidiaries are Intes Construction and Fiba Yuksel International.
Fiba Real Estate is a real estate development company whose activities are focused on developing and undertaking turnkey delivery real estate development projects at high standards of quality with a professional team and in collaboration with its national and international solution partners.
"Fibalife Cekmekoy Rahat Yasam Evleri'', the company's first major project, was completed in late 2006. The Cubuklu Vadi project in Istanbul-Beykoz was undertaken in June 2006 together with Fiba Yuksel International, a joint venture with Yuksel Construction Co. in which each controls a 50% stake. Sales in this project have already been completed to a substantial degree and construction work is continuing. In the "Manolya Evleri" project launched in Bahcesehir during the first quarter of 2007, construction work and sales are going on. Project development work is being carried out on the land in Izmir Mavisehir that was acquired during 2006. Land development work is also continuing on the Umraniye Alemdag holdings.
The total construction area of all projects completed, continuing, or about to begin as of 2007 has reached 400,000 m². |
